What we collect

• Enquiry form: name, mobile number, treatment interest, optional message. The form stores nothing — it opens WhatsApp with your message prepared, and nothing is recorded unless you choose to send it.
• Messages and calls: kept so we can reply and maintain continuity of care.
• Clinical records: medical and dental history, radiographs, photographs, treatment notes and payments, held confidentially.

How we use it, and who sees it

To answer enquiries, provide and record treatment, send reminders, handle payments, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

We share it only where necessary — with dental laboratories, specialists involved in your care, or our hosting provider — and where the law requires.

How long we keep it, and how it is protected

Clinical records are kept for as long as Indian law, our professional obligations and your ongoing care require. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are kept only as long as needed to respond.

The site runs over HTTPS, records are limited to staff who need them, and the analytics database sits outside the public web folder behind a password.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and the GDPR if you contact us from the EEA or UK — you can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct it, erase it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. Email whitefeatherdental7@gmail.com. We may verify your identity first, particularly for clinical records. Unresolved complaints can go to the Data Protection Board of India, or your local supervisory authority.

Children and changes

We treat children with the consent of a parent or guardian. This website is not directed at children. If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
